K3 FOUNDATIONS: LEVEL 1 - AUSTIN, TX (ONNIT GYM)
K3 Foundations: Level 1 is a 2-day, high density course that begins by familiarizing you with the roots of tactically derived human performance theory and progresses into detailed instruction and hands-on practice. The fundamental methods taught in this workshop come from martial arts as diverse as Chinese Tai-Chi, African-Brazilian Capoeira, Filipino Kali, and others. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a K3 Combat Movement Systems Foundations: Level 1 certificate of completion.

Enrollment in each of these workshops is STRICTLY limited so as to ensure the maximum hands-on, in-person time with the instructors.
Equipment
You are strongly encouraged to bring kneepads if you have sensitive knees as there will be ground-based movement training. A towel and water bottle are also recommended.
*** Each registrant will be provided ONE PAIR of K3's custom Bunal Brand FMA Equipment padded training sticks! Please make arrangements to check these in as part of your luggage if you're flying in. ***

Refund Policy
Course registration fees are non-refundable.
Should K3 Combat Movement Systems allow the cancellation of a registration due to an emergency or circumstance, the registrant will receive a refund of the registration paid less a $200 administrative fee, if requested 45 days or more prior to the scheduled course.
No refunds will be granted within 45 days of the course date.
Re-Schedule Policy
Requests to change a paid-in-full registration* from one scheduled course to another must be made to K3 Combat Movement Systems by email (via: [email protected]) at least 45 days before the course date for no fee. Requests made less than 45 days before the course dates will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $200 rescheduling fee.
Transfer Policy
Registrants may transfer their paid-in-full registration* to another person for no fee if request is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled course.
